We are constantly evaluating our products as we look to provide consistent quality to our customers.  Hamley’s has already added numerous teas and coffees because our customers have asked for them.  By using various tea suppliers and by roasting our coffee fresh onsite we can better control the quality of our product.

If at any time you are not satisfied with your purchase we will do everything in our power to make it right.  All our loose-leaf teas and fresh roasted coffees are 100% guaranteed to be of the highest quality.  If you find a problem with either product please let us know and we will replace your product or return your money.  Your enjoyment of our product is our number one priority.
